Restaurant Bartender

Description

• Make and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Know the drink menu well enough to answer questions and make recommendations
• Greet members by name and keep the bar a welcoming place
• Charge drinks and food to the correct member account through the POS
• Open, stock, and close the bar; keep it clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Work bar setups at any of our 6 bar locations including service bars and member facing bars
• Check IDs and serve responsibly under state alcohol laws

Requirements

• A heart for hospitality and making special moments
• At least one year of bartending experience
• Core knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Comfortable with POS systems and billing 
• Friendly, dependable, and calm during a rush
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 35lbs
• Open availability including: nights weekends and some holidays
• Must be 21+ for this position
