The Red Bird is hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team in Vienna, VA.
We're looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Help with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Train new employees and support staff development
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Support the team during busy shifts
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Spanish required
- Basic English required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- $48,000/year
