Description
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and provide recommendations based on the menu.
Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently.
Ensure the dining area is clean and organized, including resetting tables for new guests.
Monitor guest dining experiences and provide prompt attention to their needs.
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including credit card transactions and tips.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to address guest inquiries.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all service areas.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock management and cleaning.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
$8.00 hr. plus tips
Requirements
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
