Our College Recruiting Development Program (CRDP) is a structured early-career development program that supports recent graduates throughout their first 24 months as full-time employees. Through networking, professional development, mentorship, and leadership-building opportunities, the CRDP helps participants grow their industry expertise, develop essential leadership skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful and rewarding career at DHL Supply Chain.

Job Description

This opportunity is designed for soon-to-graduate college students seeking to launch their careers with DHL Supply Chain.

In this role, you may have the opportunity to:
