In this role, you will create exceptional guest experiences by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and food items according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers and accurately process customer transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, dining area, and workstations.
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Promote menu items, seasonal beverages, and loyalty program offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
