We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to a client in the Vero Beach area during morning hours.  This is a great opportunity for an RBT seeking meaningful work, a daytime schedule, and a team that values professional growth. Services are primarily provided in a school setting during morning hours, with occasional home-based sessions when school is closed or schedules change. 

What You’ll Do
  •  Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision 
  •  Implement individualized treatment plans 
  •  Support communication, social, adaptive, and behavior goals 
  •  Collect accurate session data and complete documentation on time 
  •  Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism 
  •  Follow company policies and ethical standards 
Qualifications
  •  Active RBT certification in good standing 
  •  Reliable transportation 
  •  Ability to travel to assigned client sessions 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  •  Dependable, professional, and compassionate 
  •  Commitment to quality care for children and families
