Position OverviewÂ
Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite)Â
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 3:30pm (Part-Time 30hrs per week)Â
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hourÂ
The Parts Puller/Assembly Helper will support day-to-day shop and inventory operations. This position is responsible for pulling and counting parts, processing inventory transactions through computer systems, and keeping materials organized and accurate. The role also includes hands-on mechanical work such as basic assembly/disassembly, parts cleaning, and bead blasting. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoys a physical, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pull parts from inventory by hand (not forklift) based on work and sales orders
- Physically count inventory
- Place parts into inventory
- Use of computer systems to transact inventory
- Perform duties as a shop helper with mechanical aptitude such as hand tools-based assembly and disassembly, parts cleaning and bead blasting
Who You Are
- Experience as a parts puller or shop helper with mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift an average of 10 lbs., and max lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Operate handheld scanner and utilize computer software
- Work steadily on an independent basis
- Attention to detail and accuracy and mechanical aptitude are critical to this position
