National Ramp manufactures and provides accessibility ramp solutions that help elderly and disabled people regain mobility, safety, and independence. Working within the mechanical and industrial engineering space, the company focuses on practical solutions that improve safety, mobility, and everyday access for the customers and communities it serves.
This role plays an important part in delivering commercial access projects smoothly and successfully, helping ensure each project moves from planning to installation with strong coordination, clear communication, and close attention to detail. You will work across customers, installers, and internal partners to keep projects progressing, solve issues as they arise, and support a high standard of execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Oversee commercial access projects from site review through final installation
- Coordinate installers, customers, and internal teams to keep schedules on track
- Manage project timelines, materials, and ERP updates across multiple active jobs
- Conduct site evaluations and ensure installations meet customer and code requirements
- Monitor rental ramp inventory and support issue resolution during project execution
- 3+ years of experience managing construction or commercial installation projects end to end.
- Experience coordinating installers, customers, and vendors across multiple active job sites.
- Experience conducting site evaluations and interpreting measurements and specifications.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory tracking systems, and project scheduling tools.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote)
Salary: The salary range for this position is 100,000-120,000 USD annually.
