Key Responsibilties:
1. Client Health Services:
•   Conduct assessments, manage medications, and ensure a holistic care plan for each client.
•   Oversee therapeutic activities, personal care, and support for activities of daily living (ADLs).
•   Coordinate healthcare services with client families, physicians, and case managers.
2. Staff and Volunteer Management:
•   Supervise, train, and support caregivers, engagement specialists, and volunteers.
•   Conduct performance evaluations and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
3. Operational Oversight:
•   Manage daily operations, including maintaining required documentation, staff and volunteer schedules, and other tasks as required.
•   Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and company procedures.
•   Maintain a safe and engaging environment for all clients.
4. Community Engagement and Volunteer Coalition:
•   Build relationships with local churches, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase volunteer involvement and support.
•   Promote admissions through tours, free day passes, and outreach efforts to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
•   Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia.
•   Experience in adult day health services, home health, or elder care.
•   Strong leadership, team, and volunteer management skills.
•   Knowledge of dementia care, healthcare regulations, and senior care best practices.
