Lodge Tower is on the lookout for a Front Desk Agent where you'll be the first impression of our organization, creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest, client, or visitor. This role blends customer service, communication, and problem-solving to ensure daily operations run smoothly while building positive relationships and representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. If you're a dedicated professional with a track record of excellence and a helpful, friendly demeanor, we're eager to connect with you!

Duties include:

  • Welcome guests with warm, personalized service while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and folios, while reviewing daily guest information and special requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns by phone, email, and in person; provide accurate information and local recommendations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are handled efficiently, including clear communication and shift handoffs.
  • Support breakfast, coffee, and après service with setup, replenishment, presentation, cleanliness, and breakdown, while jumping in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Employment Status:  Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/hour + the opportunity to earn commissions!

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm

What You’ll Bring

  1. Customer Service Experience – Previous hospitality, hotel, retail, restaurant, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
  2. Technology Skills – Comfortable learning and using property management or reservation systems, email, and basic office technology.
  3. Professional Communication – Strong verbal and written English skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  4. Schedule Flexibility – Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  5. Physical Ability – Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform light lifting, stocking, setup, and breakdown associated with front desk, breakfast, coffee, and après service.
