School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time
Pay: $56–$68 per hour
Schedule: 1–2 days per week
Grade Levels: K–8th
Dates: September 3, 2026 – June 16, 2027
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in private day school programs throughout Prince George’s County. This is a part-time opportunity of 1–2 days per week, making it a great fit for an SLP looking for a flexible school-based role while still making a meaningful impact on students.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with private day school staff and school-based teams to support students receiving special education services. You’ll provide clinical expertise throughout the evaluation and IEP process and help ensure students receive appropriate speech-language supports.
What You’ll Do

Attend IEP meetings for students enrolled in private day school programs.

Conduct speech-language assessments and participate in the evaluation process as needed.

Review student records and relevant information to help determine speech-language needs.

Collaborate with private day school staff and school-based IEP teams.

Provide clinical recommendations regarding speech-language goals, services, and supports.

Offer speech-language expertise to help IEP teams determine appropriate services.

Communicate effectively with educators, related service providers, and other members of the student support team.

Maintain appropriate documentation and follow school-based procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Maryland SLP license required.

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and comfortably across multiple school settings.

Flexibility and adaptability when working in shared office spaces and different school environments.
