Position Overview

MMS is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an immediate-start opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for long-term employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and warehouse equipment
• Repair warehouse storage racks as needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance work orders within the CMMS system
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Assist with workstation setup and organization
• Remove trash, recyclables, and break down boxes as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Equipment Maintained

• Conveyor systems
• Warehouse material handling equipment
• Electric motors
• Pumps and drives
• Electrical panels
• Building maintenance systems

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience maintaining conveyor systems
• Forklift operating experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Hands-on maintenance duties
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms
• Overtime opportunities available
