This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be the person who keeps the operation running smoothly—setting the tone, solving problems in real time, and leading a team that depends on you to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation
- Train and coach employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations
- Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
- Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions
- Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed

What It Takes to Lead Here
- Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and occupational safety requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- A drive to lead from the front and help build a strong, reliable team
