Join Our Team at Cedar Gap Wealth Management - Cedar Gap Wealth Management is an independent private wealth management team in Abilene, Texas, focused on helping clients simplify their financial lives through goals-based financial planning, investment management, and objective advice. With strong ties to the local community, the team emphasizes trust, reliability, open communication, personal attention, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview - Cedar Gap Wealth Management is seeking a Office Coordinator (i.e. Receptionist) to serve as the first point of contact for clients, callers, vendors, and visitors while helping maintain a polished, organized, and client-ready office environment. This role is responsible for front-desk coverage, phone support, day-to-day administrative coordination, office supplies, deliveries, vendor support, recurring reports, and general administrative assistance for the team.

This is a highly important role for the practice, designed to remove front-desk and routine administrative responsibilities from the client service team so they can focus more fully on expanded client-service, operational, and supervisory responsibilities. While the role will begin with reception and administrative support, Cedar Gap does not view it as a dead-end position.聽

For a motivated individual who is eager to learn, there may be an opportunity over time to gain exposure to the wealth management business, take on additional client-service responsibilities, and potentially grow into a Client Associate or Wealth Associate path.
