This is for a Mobile Technician. Repairs and other related work will be performed at the customers location and/ or other off-site locations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Diagnose and repair assigned vehicles in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verify repair is complete and fixes original customer complaint.
- Notify shop foreman of other potential issues associated with vehicle.
- Punches in and out of job costing program to ensure accurate time billed to customer.
- Mindful of maintaining customer’s vehicle cleanliness at all times while working on vehicle.
- Works to achieve company efficiency standards.
- Ensures warranty parts are returned to proper department for processing.
- Follows all established OSHA and company safety protocol to include keeping work station neat, clean, and free of debris.

Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic computer use and navigation skills.
- Knowledge of Heavy Duty/ Medium repair techniques.
- Ability to learn company standards, warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
- Customer Service focused.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Education:
- Associate’s degree from a two year college or trade school.
Â
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months Heavy Duty/ Medium Duty repair work.
Â
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial Driver’s License
- Clean MVR Record
- Own tools
