Moss Criminal Justice Center | Tulsa, Oklahoma Full-Time | On-Site / In-Person Physician Leadership Position Lead Clinical Care with TK Health TK Health is seeking an experienced Medical Director (MD or DO) to provide on-site physician leadership and clinical oversight at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, in-person position. It is not remote or telemedicine. The Medical Director will play a key leadership role in the delivery of healthcare services, working directly with advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary clinical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to combine clinical practice with medical leadership while making a meaningful impact on an underserved patient population. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary up to $300,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Competitive benefits package for full-time employees Physician leadership role with significant clinical impact and professional autonomy Key Responsibilities Provide on-site medical leadership and clinical oversight Deliver direct patient care as needed Supervise, mentor, and support Nurse Practitioners and staff Provide guidance on complex patient cases and clinical decision-making Collaborate closely with nursing, healthcare, and facility leadership Ensure care is delivered in accordance with clinical standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Support quality improvement and evidence-based clinical practices Participate in an on-call rotation as assigned Help establish and maintain a strong culture of quality, accountability, and patient-centered care Qualifications Required: MD or DO degree Active, unrestricted Oklahoma physician license Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Ability to successfully complete required background screening Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical experience Previous physician leadership, medical director, or supervisory experience Experience supervising or collaborating with NPs and PAs Correctional healthcare experience is preferred, but not required Why Consider TK Health?
