Join a growing manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician I! In this role, you'll help keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Install, repair, and replace machinery components as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Perform general facility maintenance, including minor plumbing, painting, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
- Work with outside vendors and contractors when required.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work overtime and respond to call-ins as needed.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift.
- Work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to identify changes in equipment sounds and operation.
- Must be able to work overtime and mandatory call-ins when required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
- Cutting and welding skills required.
- Basic electrical repair knowledge required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, automation systems, industrial hydraulics, and plant maintenance systems is a plus.
- Formal mechanical training or welding certification is preferred.
Pay: $26 an hour
