Experienced Immigration Paralegal

About the Opportunity:
KLS Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a highly skilled Experienced Immigration Paralegal on behalf of a dedicated immigration law practice located in Tucker, Georgia. This is a confidential search for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy in family-based immigration and removal defense.

Schedule:
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be available for occasional Saturday work as needed to meet case deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
Draft and assemble comprehensive family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and humanitarian filings.
Support removal defense cases by drafting court pleadings, motions, and applications for relief for EOIR proceedings.
Generate persuasive legal writing, including affidavits, client statements, and support letters.
Lead client intake interviews and manage ongoing client communication to gather evidence and provide case updates.
Oversee strict case management timelines, including court deadlines and USCIS responses (RFEs and NOIs).

Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 or more years of experience as a paralegal specifically focused on family immigration and removal defense.
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills; ability to produce high-quality legal documents with minimal supervision.
Deep understanding of USCIS forms, EOIR procedures, and Department of State consular processing.
Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain compassion and professionalism when working with clients in sensitive situations.
