Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help with the day-to-day marketing needs of our growing company.
We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, and outgoing as meeting with vendors and clients is a vital part of this position.Â
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva
- Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
- Help create and schedule social media posts
- Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts
- Update customer and marketing contact lists
- Help organize photos, videos, and other marketing content
- Assist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcements
- Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed
- Help keep our branding and marketing consistent
- Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
- Attend networking events and visit our clients offices
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Canva
- Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software
- Comfortable using social media
- Good computer skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple small projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table
- Dependable and willing to learn
Experience
Previous marketing experience is helpful, but we care more about finding someone who is smart, dependable, creative, bilingual, and comfortable using the tools we use.
