JOBSUMMARY: 

Global Operations Supervisorsareleadersinchargeofanorganization'sprocessesandoperationsspanningseveral countries. This person directs a portfolio of projects and smaller business units in alignment with business strategies of the parent organization.

  • Updating SpecialTrackingandAccountingReportsforCustomers 

  • Ensuredispatchisawareofanyspecialinstructions/cutoffs 

  • BookairshipmentswithPilotGatewayteams 

  • ConfirmingKnownshipperviaKSMSforairshipments 

  • Bookoceanshipment with co-loaderandoceancarriers 

  • ProcessDGshipmentsincludingchecklist 

  • Filingof AES 

  • Accuratelycompleteentryofpickup/quoteinformationintoNavigator 

  • Tracking and tracingofshipments 

  • Communicatingtointernal/externalcustomersandsalesregardingissues 

  • Update/notatetrackingmilestones 

  • Researchofshipmentsforcorporaterequests/reports 

  • Researchof shipmentsfor accounting requests/reports 

  • Billing:closingoutofshipmentstimely 

  • Printing dailyand researchingand responding timely 

  • Timelyinvoicingandclosingoutofshipments 

  • Recommendanddevelopnewpolicies/procedures 

  • Complete,submitandreviewpersonnelissuestimely,includingbutnotlimitedto;annualreviews,required disciplinary actions, punctuation, and keeping current on required training 

  • TrainingofnewemployeesaccordingtoPilot'sstandards,proceduresandgoals 

  • Abilitytofacilitateprogressivechange,gettingalongwithotheremployees,followingdirectionandcontinually improving 

  • Maintain operation by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures 

  • Maintainaworkingknowledgeofallemergencypoliciesandregulations 

  • Flexibleworkhours/scheduleincludingweekends/holidays 

  • Otherdutiesassigneddeemednecessary bytheGlobalOpsManager

Pay Range:             

 

$65,000 TO $70,000 per Year  

 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.  The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
