Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of three Urgent Care Clinics, including staffing, patient flow, budgeting, and overall clinic performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while managing employee relations, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
  • Partner with leadership to establish clinic goals, performance targets, and operational priorities that support high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinic budgets and expenses, including staffing costs, to ensure resources are utilized effectively and within established guidelines.
  • Oversee key administrative functions, including credentialing, licensing, payroll processes, and other clinic management responsibilities.
  • Maintain quality and regulatory standards, including applicable Joint Commission and OSHA requirements, while partnering with Quality Assurance on compliance and improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor quality benchmarks, identify opportunities for improvement, and educate staff on continuous quality improvement practices.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by maintaining open communication, anticipating team needs, and addressing employee or operational concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • Five (5) years of related work experience

Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Certified Procedural Coder
  • Experience in healthcare office
