What You'll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests Accurately identify, source, and order automotive parts Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Process parts invoices, returns, and warranty claims Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments Work closely with our service department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency and experience with dealership systems is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Noller? Regularly communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and coworkers in person, by phone, and electronically. Lift, carry, push, and pull parts, boxes, tires, and other materials weighing 25 pounds or more on a regular basis and occasionally heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment. Work in both office and warehouse environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and conditions. Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Safely operate equipment such as carts, hand trucks, and other material-handling devices as needed.
