Lead daily operations and ensure a safe, person‑centered home environment

Thrive Homes is hiring a detail‑driven, mission‑aligned Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, compliance‑focused care setting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations
  • 1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or 3 years as a DSP
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration Certificates
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clear background checks
  • Adequate vehicle insurance and all HR‑required documents

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily home operations and uphold agency Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards
  • Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff
  • Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers
  • Support person‑centered outcomes and community integration
  • Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance
  • Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety
  • Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide direct‑support coverage when needed
  • Complete required documentation and financial procedures
  • Participate in leadership meetings and on‑call rotation
