BDC Sales Representative

Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Location: Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Tinley Park, IL & Lockport, IL

We're growing! Bettenhausen Automotive is expanding our Sales BDC team to administer and generate leads for 3 locations! We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-minded professionals to join our family-owned organization. What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and set/maintain appointments from our database.
• Follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both sold and unsold customers.
• Track and update data accurately daily.
• Complete training quickly and apply it in your role.
• Represent the Bettenhausen culture with positivity, energy, and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For

• Prior BDC or automotive experience is a preferred
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone).
• A motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
• Monthly bonuses.
• Full-time, 5 days per week.
• Some evenings and Saturdays required.
