Job DetailsJob Location: Main Office - Tigard, OR 97224Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day We are seeking Survey Crew Chiefs to join our specialty Industrial Measurement Division (IMD). This team performs state-of-the-art industrial surveying for an array of diverse clients from high-tech, manufacturing and fabrication facilities to the marine industry. As a Crew Chief, you will mentor other IMD staff while working on a variety of challenging projects. This position will require travel to client sites located outside of Oregon for weeks at a time or potentially longer.  Typical responsibilities will include: •    Coordination of field work for a variety of projects, including high profile and confidential projects; •    Maintaining safety standards and site safety protocol; •    Leadership and training of Instrument Operator team members within the IMD department; •    Communicating with Client and Contractor field management; •    Coordination of field data files (electronic and hard copy). Some experience with AutoCAD would be valuable; •    Ability to be badged for work in sensitive/restricted areas (i.e., drug testing, background screening); •    A valid driver’s license (a valid state-issued license is required at time of hire); •    Ability to work extended hours (schedule occasionally requires 10-hour shift and/or Saturday work); •    Availability for travel within the United States and/or overseas.
