Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Program Assistant Supervisor to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Pathways to Opportunity program. The Program Assistant Supervisor will work closely with the Program Supervisor and Program Coordinator to help maintain the overall operations of the program and ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for participants, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the program front desk, monitoring participant attendance, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining program organization and supplies, ensuring the physical program space meets all applicable regulatory standards, and supporting participant services and daily operations. The Program Assistant Supervisor will also provide coverage and perform the responsibilities of Program Instructors as needed to ensure continuity of services and successful program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate awareness and good working knowledge of the applicable state and governing agency standards, Florida Statues, AHCA, and CARF standards.
- Complete daily attendance tasks and report attendance issues to Program Supervisor.
- Assist Program Coordinator with data collection and required reports as assigned.
- Back up for incident report notifications from program staff, submit reports timely to required team members, and track, file and report internally by specified timeframes.
- Assist in developing and coordinating quarterly calendars, calendar assessment, class satisfaction surveys, class outlines and curriculum.
- Monitor completion of case notes.
- Complete monthly program checks and order/restock necessary program supplies.
- Assist with onboarding of new participants.
- General filing and scanning as assigned.
- Provide direct service coverage to ensure seamless operation of the program as needed.
- Maintain order/organization of program site/van and communicate safety issues/concerns.
- Must complete and maintain all applicable trainings within required timeframes.
- Participate in audits and provide follow-up on findings within required timeframe.
- Know and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of current medical condition and needs of individuals served.
- Assure that the atmosphere of overall service provision is therapeutic, provides optimal growth of individuals and preserves individual's dignity and self-worth.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:
- Consistently demonstrate leadership and professional conduct in speech, actions and appearance, ethics, and serving as a role model for program participants and direct support staff to assure consistency of daily program.
- Ability to establish, maintain, and prepare case records and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
- Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders, staff at all levels, and a range of individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to think and react calmly to emergency situations, manage stress related to crisis intervention, and work with others under stressful conditions, use active listening, conflict resolution, and counseling techniques.
- Proficient in typing, note taking, record keeping, good social judgment, objectivity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Relate well with people in a warm and comfortable manner.
- Knowledge of ADA, rehabilitation technologies and instructional techniques.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and approved driving history.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Two years of related experience.
