Overview

The Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation, standardization, training, and adoption of Procore across ENFRA. This role ensures project teams consistently utilize Procore as the system of record, supporting efficient project execution, data quality, process compliance, and operational excellence. 

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    Training & User Support

    • Develop and deliver role-based Procore training programs.
    • Create work instructions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
    • Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and office hours.
    • Measure training effectiveness and user adoption.

    Procedures & Governance

    • Establish and maintain standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
    • Audit compliance with Procore usage requirements and standards. 

    Implementation & Administration

    • Lead rollout of new Procore modules, functionality, and enhancements.
    • Configure company and project settings, permissions, and templates.
    • Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution. 

    Adoption & Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor utilization metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Partner with operations leadership to reinforce standards and accountability. 

    Reporting & Integration

    • Develop adoption and compliance reporting - monthly audit reports
    • Support Procore integrations, including JDE and other business systems.
    • Analyze usage trends and recommend process improvements. 

    Success Measures

    • Increased Procore adoption and user engagement.
    • Consistent use of standard workflows across projects.
    • Improved project data quality and reporting accuracy.
    • Successful deployment of new tools, modules, and integrations.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
  • Management skills.
  • Problem/situation analysis.
  • Advanced computer and accounting skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.

Travel Requirements

  • Infrequent travel to Company or client locations. Approximately 5-10% of time will be spent traveling.

Physical Activities

  • Climbing stairs.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

  • Quiet environment

Physical Demands

  • Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds

Pay Range

USD $101,610.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
