Provides general coordination for the HSE Compliance Group. Performs work that is varied and/ or project-oriented, with minimal direction/ guidance. Expected to exercise a high level of independent judgment and discretion in performing routine duties.

Champions the company’s HSE program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. 
Monitor and report on the company’s compliance and performance regarding customer requirements within third party safety management software.
Responsible for verification account management including hours uploads, general and customer-specific questionnaires, document uploads, and customer-required training.
Provide statistical support for general queries and report on HSE performance.
Prepare statistical reports for Corporate HSE, customers and districts to include: annual, quarterly, and monthly internal reports.
Responsible for data entry and basic processing for the Company's incident management system.
Prepare for and administer meetings with internal and external stakeholders related to HSE compliance.
Complete statistical questionnaires and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for customers.
Effectively present information and respond to questions or concerns from employees, managers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Provide assistance with coordinating the applicable regulatory requirements related to the various groups within the HSE Department.
Maintain OSHA annual recordkeeping requirements.
Handles confidential information and sensitive issues.
Actively participates in the PO and inventory management programs.
May assist with other administrative and analytical functions within the assigned area of responsibility.
Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
This position is not required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan but is subject to testing requirements listed within the plan.
