Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership, vision and guidance to the talent acquisition team, manages day to day activities and develops talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct individual development plans and annual goal setting with team members.
2. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with all customers and Sundt support groups.
3. Ensures recruiting processes align with current and future workforce needs.
4. Help provide coaching, training and support around talent acquisition best practices.
5. Identify and communicate recruitment process improvement opportunities.
6. Lead and manage the daily work flow and recruitment activities for the talent acquisition team.
7. Manage annual talent acquisition budget.
8. Mentor, train and develop the talent acquisition team while also providing hands on recruitment assistance as needed.
9. Oversee all recruitment employment advertising (Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.)
10. Understand, monitor, and maintain compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations and internal policies.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition/recruiting industry.
2. Demonstrated success filling requisitions at all levels of an organization and across multiple industries (Construction, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, etc.)
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking and CRM systems.
5. Keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
6. Proven track record of building and supervising at least one high performing team.
7. Superb collaboration, influencing and team development.
8. Working knowledge of both technical and behavioral based interviewing techniques.
