About the Role:

Join a growing aerospace manufacturing facility where precision, safety, and reliability are critical. We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and facility systems that support aerospace manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic pneumatic issues
  • Inspect, replace, and maintain components (motors, belts, drives, filters)
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Support general facility upkeep (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
  • Follow strict safety, quality, and aerospace compliance standards

 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Basic computer skills (CMMS or electronic maintenance systems preferred)
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
