Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Some Overtime Available

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with basic warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow their skills.

In this role, you will help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly by picking and packing orders, receiving and organizing materials, preparing shipments, and keeping inventory accurate. You will also have the opportunity to use a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull materials and supplies using pick tickets or material requests.

• Receive, count, and organize incoming products and supplies.

• Pack and label orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.

• Check orders to make sure the correct items, quantities, and shipping information are included.

• Stage products and finished goods for internal and external customers.

• Help load and unload shipments using a forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment.

• Keep inventory organized and report damaged or missing items to a supervisor.

• Follow customer packaging requirements and help ensure products are shipped safely.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping area.

• Assist with material staging and other warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory.

• Forklift experience and the ability to operate a forklift safely.

• A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Good communication skills and the ability to read and write in English.

• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with a team.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Previous experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet throughout the day.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to move heavier pallets using warehouse equipment.

• Comfortable working around warehouse noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Full-time | Some overtime may be available
