Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and installation operations.
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day movement, organization, and accuracy of warehouse inventory. This position requires strong attention to detail and consistent use of our inventory management system to ensure physical inventory and system records remain accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory management software, ensuring all material movements are properly recorded.
- Receive incoming material and verify quantities and items against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.
- Accurately complete inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, material issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Kit and stage material for installation jobs, verifying that the correct items and quantities are pulled and documented.
- Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure material is stored in the appropriate location or bin.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and assist in researching and correcting variances between physical inventory and system quantities.
- Clean, organize, stock, and restock installation crew trailers while ensuring trailer inventory movements are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate the movement of products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Deliver or coordinate parts and tools for installation teams as needed.
- Maintain required receiving, kitting, and inventory documentation.
- Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, damaged material, or receiving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on inventory accuracy.
- Ability to consistently follow established warehouse and inventory procedures.
- Comfortable learning and working within inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to accurately count, verify, and document material quantities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn company product codes, material terminology, and warehouse processes.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and use sound judgment when resolving inventory issues.
- Dependable and able to work independently while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with tablets, computers, and inventory systems.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move around the warehouse and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clear MVR.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Previous solar industry experience preferred.
- Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management software preferred.
