Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that promote our brand, engage our audience, and support our organizational objectives. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit content for various communication channels including newsletters, press releases, websites, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with organizational updates and initiatives.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and interaction with followers.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Organize and support events such as press conferences, community outreach, and staff meetings.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
