Schedule (includes an hour for lunch Monday -Thursday):
Monday: 7:45am - 5pm
Tuesday: 7:45am - 5pm
Wednesday: 7:45am - 5pm
Thursday: 7:45am - 5pm
Friday: 7:45am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:
Be the warm welcome our patients love—make every greeting count and set the positive tone for their visit.
Master our scheduling system to keep operations running smoothly and patients delighted.
Manage patient documents and records.
Build genuine connections and guide patients toward feeling confident and cared for throughout their journey.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience to meet and exceed goals.
- 1+ year of experience working with patients.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental front office experience.
- Knowledge of Dental operations.
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits .
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice.
