CAN Community Health is now hiring a Marketing Programs Manager

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

What You’ll Do

The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing strategies that support CAN Community Health’s priority healthcare programs, service lines, and strategic initiatives. Serving as a strategic marketing partner and project manager, this position will support key areas including dental services, pharmacy, behavioral health, and emerging healthcare programs, new service launches, and other enterprise initiatives that advance CAN’s mission and organizational growth. The Marketing Programs Manager translates organizational and service-line priorities into actionable marketing plans that increase awareness, improve access to care, generate qualified patient demand, support patient acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with patients and communities.  


1. Strategic Program & Service-Line Marketing – 

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned healthcare programs and strategic initiatives, including Dental, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, and other clinical or supportive services.
  • Translate organizational priorities into integrated marketing strategies with clearly defined audiences, objectives, tactics, timelines, budgets, and performance measures.
  • Serve as the primary Marketing liaison for assigned programs, providing strategic counsel and ensuring alignment with CAN’s overall brand and growth strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness, utilization, referrals, patient engagement, and growth across assigned service lines.

2. Project & Program Management –

  • Manage multiple complex marketing projects simultaneously from initial planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Develop detailed project plans defining objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success measures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, and dependencies and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Utilize CAN’s designated project-management platforms and processes to maintain visibility into project status, priorities, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and provide regular status updates to Marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.

3. Public Health Communications & Health Literacy - 

  • Ensure marketing and communications strategies support CAN’s broader public health mission.
  • Translate complex medical and public health information into clear, actionable, consumer-friendly communications.
  • Partner with clinical and public health subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop communications that increase awareness of prevention, testing, treatment, and healthcare access.
  • Ensure messaging appropriately addresses stigma and other barriers that may discourage individuals from seeking care.
  • Incorporate health literacy and accessibility principles into patient-facing communications.
  • Develop culturally responsive approaches that reflect the needs of CAN’s diverse communities.
  • Support public health observances and awareness campaigns aligned with CAN’s mission.

4. Marketing Analytics & Performance – 

  • Establish meaningful performance measures for marketing, communications, clinic support, and community-relations initiatives.
  • Partner with Digital & Content Marketing and organizational analytics resources to improve measurement and attribution.
  • Evaluate marketing performance using metrics such as brand awareness, website activity, campaign engagement, qualified leads, appointments, patient conversions, earned media, market penetration, and return on marketing investment.
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reports demonstrating Marketing’s contribution to organizational objectives.
  • Use data to inform budget allocation and future marketing decisions.
  • Move the organization beyond reporting primarily on impressions and reach toward demonstrating healthcare and organizational outcomes.

Education/Professional:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. 
  2. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
