Job Summary Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR. Participate in quality initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and population health. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain. Current or eligible DEA registration. Current BLS and ACLS certification, as applicable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care. Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team. Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole. Languages Advanced English required. Spanish and Creole preferred. Travel Flexibility to travel to other Sanitas locations within the market may be required based on business needs. Qualifications
