Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Member Protection Consultant to help individuals and families explore insurance options that may provide valuable financial protection. You will work remotely with prospective clients, conduct needs-based conversations, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

We provide warm leads, training, coaching, mentorship, and a supportive team environment so you can focus on helping clients and building a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and lead virtual consultations

• Identify client needs, goals, and insurance priorities

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand benefits and make informed choices

• Provide professional follow-up and client support

• Maintain accurate documentation and organized communication records

• Attend training, coaching, and team development meetings
