Warehouse Associate/Driver

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for their Syracuse, NY location. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively and efficiently deliver HVAC products to our technicians in the field, and help out in the warehouse in between deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with warehouse functions, including parts room, inventory storage, and loading dock areas

• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring real-time data integrity in company systems

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories

• Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming shipments

• Pick, stage, and prepare products and materials for scheduled deliveries, pick-ups, and service needs

• Complete delivery and pick-up routes as needed, ensuring that product is delivered to correct addresses and obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary

• Accountable for picking up products along scheduled routes, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested

• Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made as required

• Assist with ensuring that the delivery vehicle receives basic service according to the maintenance schedule and report larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor

• Coordinate closely with service, parts, and leadership teams to ensure job readiness

• Uphold safety, workflow, and inventory management procedures

• Working within warehouse software system to complete warehouse functions

• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for driving larger vehicles (no CDL required)

• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for driving larger vehicles (no CDL required)

The starting base range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
