Liberty Resources is currently seeking a Support Services Supervisor to work in our Integrated Health Care Clinic in Syracuse, NY. 

Support Services Supervisor Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Clinic Site Director, the Support Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Targeted Case Management (TCM), Peer Support, Skill Building, and Same Day Access (SDA) services. This role ensures timely, person-centered access to care while coordinating non-clinical support services with clinical teams to promote integrated, high-quality service delivery.

Support Services Supervisor Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for Targeted Case Management (TCM), Peer Support, and Skill Building staff to promote high-quality, person-centered service delivery.
  • Oversee Same Day Access (SDA) operations and the patient access continuum, ensuring timely intake, scheduling, engagement, and connection to behavioral health and support services.
  • Monitor productivity, access, quality, compliance, documentation, and patient experience metrics to ensure adherence to agency, CCBHC, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, internal departments, and community partners to coordinate care, resolve barriers, and improve patient access, engagement, and continuity of care.
  • Evaluate workflows, implement process improvements, and support quality assurance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service outcomes.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, staff meetings, required trainings, leadership activities, and other duties as assigned while ensuring safe, compliant program operations.

Support Services Supervisor Qualifications: 

    • Candidates must qualify as a Qualified Health Professional (QHP), hold a current CASAC, or be eligible for Peer Supervision Professional (PSP) certification. PSP eligibility includes at least one year of supervisory experience, with at least six months supervising peer professionals or working on a team that includes peers. The agency will pay for the required 20-hour training and certification exam.
    • At least two years of experience in behavioral health, substance use services, care management, peer services, community-based services, human services, or a related field.
    • Experience supervising or leading staff, including coaching, training, supporting performance, coordinating work, or overseeing day-to-day operations.
    • Experience with Peer Support, Targeted Case Management, Skill Building, care coordination, patient access, or similar behavioral health services preferred.
    • Experience with documentation, quality improvement, performance monitoring, or regulatory requirements preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle as required.

Salary: $70,000.00 annually.
