About the Role:

The Mill Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by overseeing and managing the operation of milling machinery to produce high-quality products. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating milling or similar industrial machinery.

• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in machine operation or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling machines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor milling machines to produce parts according to specifications and quality standards.
