Responsibilities:
- Properly useĀ andĀ maintainĀ facility equipmentĀ
- Maintain residentsā rooms in neat,Ā orderlyĀ and clutter-free mannerĀ
- Ensure residents are given correct dietĀ
- Support residentsā participation in activity programsĀ
- Directly respond, within scope, to needs and concerns of residents and family members including call lightsĀ
- Ensure residentsā right to privacy (visual and auditory)Ā
- Provide resident care as directed by care plan and/or nursing staffĀ
- Ensure residentsā comfort whileĀ assistingĀ them in achieving their highestĀ practicableĀ level of functioningĀ Ā
- Participate in collecting data needed for theĀ accurateĀ completion of the MDS and the plan of careĀ
- Provide input to the Nurses for development of the plan of careĀ andĀ information gathered from care giving activitiesĀ
- Other duties as assigned by supervisorĀ

Shifts:
- Day: 7 A.M to 3 P.M.
- Evening: 3 P.M. to 11 P.M.Ā
- Night: 11 P.M. to 7 A.M
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (C.N.A) in good standing with the state of Georgia. Must maintain current certification in the state throughout employment.
- Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
