JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
      - Board Eligible accepted only if currently in residency and boards must be passed before starting
• DEA
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
