Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
- Familiarity with cleaning materials, equipment, and general repair tools
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools
- Experience in commercial painting, drywall repair, and replacement
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- On-Call Weekends and Holidays (as needed)
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, and mechanical work
- Maintain the facility by repairing walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, and windows, as well as handling trash removal
- Move and arrange furniture as needed to complete assignments efficiently
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with nursing services when working in resident areas
- Follow established maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Ensure the upkeep of the facility's grounds, including mowing, trimming, sweeping, and maintaining parking areas and driveways
- Replace light bulbs, including exit and overhead lights, to maintain a safe environment
- Assist in executing the Preventive Maintenance Program to ensure all machinery and equipment remain in optimal working condition
- Respond promptly to unscheduled or emergency maintenance requests as needed
