About the Role:
Be Well In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Nursing Assistants, and Medical Assistants to join our growing team in Surprise, AZ! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and daily progress
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Administer medications and support medication management as permitted by certification
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errand assistance
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care coordinators
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Medical Assistant required
- Valid CNA, MA, or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of in-home care, patient safety, and infection control practices
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
