We’re looking for a motivated, driven salesperson who knows how to work leads, build strong customer relationships, present vehicles, negotiate, and close deals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive sales experience is REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven automotive dealership sales experience
  
• Strong ability to close vehicle sales
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Experience working Internet, phone, and showroom leads
  
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  
• Valid driver’s license
  

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

• $3,000–$13,000+ PER MONTH
  
• $3,000 monthly guarantee

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while creating a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
  
• Respond to Internet, phone, and walk-in leads
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
  
• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles
  
• Conduct professional test drives
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
  
• Build long-term customer relationships
  
• Generate repeat and referral business
  
• Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
  
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
