What You'll Do
As a Branch Manager, you'll lead branch operations while helping your team deliver an exceptional experience every time members connect with SCCU.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring an exceptional member experience
- Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
- Promote a culture aligned with SCCU’s mission, core values, and commitment to service
- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Represent SCCU in the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You enjoy leading people and have a knack for creating positive experiences. You're dependable, relationship-focused, and comfortable balancing team development, operational excellence, and member service.
- Has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Has five or more years of experience in the financial services industry
- Has progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams
- Communicates effectively and professionally with members, employees, and community partners
- Demonstrates strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Enjoys coaching employees to achieve sales and service goals
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using business systems
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and sound judgment
