Why this job matters

The RV Park Agent serves as a welcoming ambassador for our traveling guests, creating a warm first impression and a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. This position is responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest journey - from arrival through departure - while handling all RV Park related needs including registration, space assignments, cashiering, and guest assistance. The RV Park Agent plays a key role in fostering repeat visitation by ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and eager to return.

What you bring to the table

• Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
• Registers arriving guests, assigns appropriate RV spaces, issues required paperwork, ensures proper site checkout, and coordinates guest services to support a seamless arrival experience.
• Maintains accurate guest accounts by posting services and charges correctly, validating methods of payment, and ensuring billing accuracy at all times.
• Creates and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting registration area that reflects the property's standards of hospitality and care.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, special needs, and requests for information regarding the RV Park, casino, and property amenities.
• Actively listens to guest feedback and resolves concerns when possible or refers them to management in a thoughtful and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates maintenance needs as they arise during the shift and ensures that supplies and materials are adequately stocked and available.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned, following established procedures to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

• Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Previous hospitality or outdoor recreation related experience desirable.
• Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to multi-task and perform job functions with frequent interruptions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Experience with property management or gaming facility software a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve guest issues with tact.
• Must be able to work unsupervised as well as in a busy team setting.
• Must present a professional, clean image following departmental grooming standards.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
