Carpenter / Cabinet Installer

We are seeking. a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet installation and woodworking, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. They should be able to install a custom kitchen with a helper off provided plans. Also manage subs for the kitchen renovation

Duties:
-Demo, Framing and Installation of cabinets & moldings according to specifications and plans.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders.
-Perform precise installation and finishing of cabinets, ensuring alignment and quality.
-Collaborate with other team members and contractors on-site to ensure successful project completion.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a carpenter and cabinet installer.
-Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, tools and techniques.
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
