LEAD POSITION

We are taking applications for an open Lead position Department assignments may be assigned based on operational needs. Responsibilities for this position include promoting a safe and efficient work environment, coordinating the activities of production workers within the department, assist and mentor production workers with tasks as needed, and work with supervision to coordinate operations and activities within and between departments. Lead responsibilities may change to meet company needs.

Job requirements include:

Speak, read , and write in English is required (bilingual is a plus)
Good communication skills
Ability to lead employees
