Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Lakewood Health Systems
Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.00 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position will work with Adult and Geriatric patients in a Hospital Inpatient setting as well at work with Pediatrics in an Outpatient setting.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
